“First Cause | Kota Neelima”
A solo exhibition of paintings by Kota Neelima, its works centre around the question in the Upanishads which asks what is the cause of the universe by knowing which all can be known and explained. The art explores the first nature, first choice and change, first rain and sun, and the first day of Creation. The medium of the paintings is oil on canvas, the style is impressionist-abstract and derives its inspiration from different forces of nature

“Delhi Modern: The Architectural Photographs of Madan Mahatta”
A prolific photographer, Madan Mahatta’s images chronicle an era that built up the essence of modern Delhi, an oft-neglected Nehruviam time between pre-independence and post-liberalisation. The exhibition, curated by artist Ram Rahman, is the first such exhibition to showcase Mahatta’s works from the ’40s to the ’80s. Titled “Delhi Modern: The Architectural Photographs of Madan Mahatta”, this solo display, showcases various landmark buildings in Delhi.
